![]() ![]() Cut-offs for ordering is Wednesdays at 10:00 p.m. The Lake County Detention Center offers commissary to inmates at our facility on a weekly basis. Inmates are allowed to have 5 small family pictures, 5 books, pencils, paper, and puzzles books. Inmates are given a razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, and all in one soap, but may also purchase their own toothpaste during regular commissary. Clergy will be required to register at the reception desk, prior to the visitation. Visitation shall be conducted in the visit room.Ĭlergy may be required to provide proof and identification or ordination as clergy before being allowed to proceed with visitation. Although, if Clergy is requested by the inmate to come and visit after hours, this visit will be allowed. It is encouraged that Clergy visit with inmates during business hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The visit between an attorney and an inmate is deemed confidential and therefore shall not be monitored.Ĭlergy Visitation: Inmates have the right to speak to, visit with and be counseled by members of the Clergy of their chosen faith, creed or sect. Attorneys will be required to register at the reception desk prior to visiting the inmate. It is discouraged for any attorney to visit with their client during dinnertime. Attorneys can visit on weekend with prior notification.
